Ashley Robinson, Chair  Ashley is a lifetime resident of the Sunshine Coast with his family settling in the rural North Coast in the early 1900's. He went to Nambour High School, has a local sporting background and has worked around the coast for over thirty years. Since the early 80's his career has been predominately in the Hospitality Industry where he has run a number of hotels on the coast. During that time he has also been associated with various charities and was one of the founders of the Mudjimba Island Charity Swim which has raised over $700,000 for local charities with the main benefactors being the Nambour and Currimundi Special Schools. He is also the Chairman of Sunshine Coast Rugby League, sits on the Board of Wide Bay Rugby League, he is one of four directors of the Reed Charity Foundation and writes bi weekly columns in the Sunshine Coast Daily and has been a regular guest for over eight years on 90.3 Coast FM's breakfast show with John Stokes.
Don Smith, Deputy Chair of the Board  Don served Caloundra City Council as an elected councillor for 14 years, 8 of those as Deputy Mayor. During this time Don helped to instigate the necessary procedures to set up the company and then became one of the original Board Directors. Prior to undertaking a political career Don was a mechanical engineering and began a 10 year term of home and unit building on the Sunshine Coast. In 1983 Don developed his own business in Body Corporate management which he undertook for 14 years. Don holds positions on 3 other boards in Caloundra including the Chamber of Commerce.
Jeanette Burrows  Jeanette has qualifications and an extensive background in Strategic Planning and Marketing and is the former Deputy Director of the Queensland Performing Arts Trust and the former Executive Director of Strategy, Planning and Regional Services for the Department of Emergency Services. Prior to her career in the public sector, Jeanette was employed in various positions in private enterprise including the role of Public Affairs Manager of Mobil Oil. She is a former Board Member of The Keep Australia Beautiful Council, and was Executive Producer of various events for the 1996 Brisbane Festival.
Tim Dwyer, Sunshine Coast Regional Councillor, Division 2  Cr Tim Dwyer grew up in Caloundra City and has represented the Caloundra region as a Councillor since 2000. Tim is a keen sportsman and has played and coached rugby league for many years and holds a number of awards in rugby league and surf lifesaving. Tim has a deep knowledge of the Sunshine Coast and is proud of the City and it's people and is committed to serving the needs of his constituents and those of the wider community.
Ken Hinds  Ken is an engineer and well known for his support of the arts. He is Patron of the Caloundra Regional Art Gallery, Caloundra Chorale and Theatre Company Inc, Friends of Caloundra Regional Art Gallery, Hinterland Young Artists Association and Caloundra Junior Boxing. Ken previously was a Court Appointed Referee, Grade 1 Arbitrator and involved in multi-million dollar construction projects for companies such as Air Services Australia, Blue Scope Steel, Sydney Airports Corporation and Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority. He was awarded a Centenary Medal for Honorary Services to Engineering & Construction Industries and the Arts and has been invited to be an Honorary Senior Fellow of the Sunshine Coast University. Ken is now concentrating his energies in building a private gallery at his Mt Mellum property and becoming more involved with the local community.
Rod Houghton Rod has represented the Arts Industry for a number of years having served as Queensland President of Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance 1997 –2000, President Queensland Actors and Entertainers Benevolent Fund 1997 – 2000 and receiving the Allan Edwards Lifetime Achievement Award for services to the Arts in 2005. Rod has more than 30 years experience as an entertainer and actor and has appeared at the Royal Variety Performance representing Queensland Theatre Company 1982.
Kennedy Fox  Ken is a senior partner in Fox Mildwaters Solicitors a Caloundra firm established by his grandfather in Nambour in 1913. Ken has been actively involved with local theatre groups for over 35 years as an actor, director, producer and writer. He is a Board member of the Sunshine Coast Community Foundation and a Life Member of BATS Theatre Company Inc and the Caloundra Chorale and Theatre Company Inc.
Norma Fox BEM  Norma Fox has been involved in theatre and musical theatre performance for over 30 years. In 1970 she was one of the founding members and the inaugural conductor of the Caloundra Chorale and Theatre Company Inc and held the position of Artistic Director for 37 years. She is well known on the Sunshine Coast as a director or large scale productionis. Norma was awarded the British Empire Medal for service to the community in 1984 and is a former Board Member of The Queensland Theatre Company, former Deputy Mayor of Caloundra City Council 1994-1997 and was National and State President of the Australian Women's Local Government Association from1991-1994.
Kevin Radbourne  Born and educated in Brisbane, Kevin has enjoyed a long and active artistic and administrative involvement with the arts sector as an actor, director, producer and CEO. Positions held include Executive Director Arts Queensland, Deputy Executive Director Office of Arts and Cultural Development, Deputy Director Queensland Performing Arts Centre and Coordinating Producer of the Brisbane Festival. Previous board directorships include Brisbane Arts Theatre (Chairman), Queensland Cultural Centre Trust (Deputy Chairman), Arts Industry Training Advisory Board (Deputy Chairman), Pacific Film and Television Commission; Pacific Film Festivals Ltd, Library Board of Queensland, State Library Foundation Council, Queensland Performing Arts Trust and Queensland Theatre Company. Brisbane Arts.
Greg Roberts Greg's career reflects his commitment to nourishing the arts through secondary arts education, State arts administration and arts project planning and development. Twelve years as an arts educator included four at Wesley College, Melbourne and four at the Anglican Church Grammar School, Brisbane. Between 1988 and 1992, Greg was Assistant Director, Public Programs for Queensland Art Gallery. In September 1996, Greg was appointed as Development Director, Ipswich Arts Foundation to oversee the development of Global Arts Link (GAL), which officially opened in May, 1999. From 1999 to 2002 Greg worked for the Premiers Department and then Arts Queensland as Principal Consultant to co-deliver Queensland Heritage Trails Projects. He was project director for Artspace Mackay, Ipswich Railway Workshops, and Dogwood Crossing@Miles. He co-developed the interpretative framework plans for the Qantas Founders Museum, Stockmans Hall of Fame and the Winton Experience. He was a Queensland Museum Board member for four and half years and is a Trustee of the Ipswich Arts Foundation. Greg was awarded the Centenary Medal for distinguished service to the arts.
Cr Paul Tatton, Sunshine Coast Regional Councillor, Division 10  Cr Paul Tatton has represented the Nambour region since 1998 and was formally an employee for Maroochy Shire Council for the Parks & Recreation Branch for 13 years. Paul is heavily involved in various community organisations across his division including various school P&C groups, Neighbourhood Watch groups and other various community groups. Paul is committed to helping the community and protecting and enhancing the areas of his division for the benefit of the community.
